From Love Island to Married At First Sight, reality shows have reigned supreme for the last few years but it’s due for a shake-up. Hoax reality show The Underdog: Josh Must Win aims to revolutionise the genre by placing an ordinary-looking guy amid the typical cast of gym-buffed contestants. While the others believe they're participating in a popularity contest called The Favourite – Josh, a 23-year-old nerdy guy from Bournemouth who lives with his parents is quietly being steered to victory by a panel of four celebrities covertly controlling events from the neighbouring house.

This is the final part of ITV’s documentary on Kate Garraway's husband, Derek, who lost his health battler year after developing a host of complications from Covid during the pandemic. Mothers’ Instinct
This new psychological thriller stars two big Hollywood hitters – Jessica Chastain and Anne Hathaway. Big Mood, Channel 4
Derry Girls’ Nicola Coughlan and It’s A Sin’s Lydia West star in this new Channel 4 comedy. The six-part series explores the female friendships of Maggie and Eddie, whose 20s are now in the rear-view mirror. With their careers hanging by a thread and questionable romantic partners in the background, Maggie’s bipolar disorder rears its head again, leaving the two wondering whether their friendship will survive.

Greys Anatomy, Season 20, Disney
Grey's Anatomy premieres tonight in the UK on Disney+, beginning a milestone 20th season of the long-running medical drama. Ellen Pompeo reprises her role as Meredith Grey, though she takes more of a backseat as a producer this season, too. Over the long weekend, catch up on ITV’s new dark comedy drama, turned thriller, turned paranormal horror. Wunmi Mosaku plays DC Riya Ajunwa, a police detective tasked with investigating a puzzling case in a secluded northern community. Penned by Broadchurch actor Andrew Buchan, the show takes viewers on a whirlwind journey investigating the human and possibly beastly occurrences happening in this close-knit area. Quirky, weird and thrilling.

Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, is behind this new BBC drama, which tells the story of an extended family and four young people who become involved with the grassroots scene of ska and two-tone music that came out of Coventry and Birmingham in the late 70s and early 80s. Offering a snapshot of the civil unrest and political landscape of the time, it also takes a deeper look at the burgeoning subculture. The star-studded cast includes Downton Abbey’s Michelle Dockery, Marcella’s Nicholas Pinnock and My Policeman’s David Dawson.
