Seeds of Deceit: The Sperm Donor Doctor, 10pm, BBC4

Until his death in 2017, Jan Karbaat was the Netherlands's most renowned fertility doctor. That was when a disturbing story began to emerge. He’d been secretly using his own semen, rather than donor sperm, to impregnate more than 65 of his patients. In this programme, his former patients discuss their desire to have children and how this may have led them to turn a blind eye towards their horrific insemination treatment.

WEDNESDAY 6TH

Mayfair Witches, 9pm, BBC2

This supernatural drama is based on the novels by Anne Rice, telling the story of a neurosurgeon who discovers she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. Rowan Fielding starts to suspect she can kill with her mind when driven to rage. But where does this dark power come from? Stars Alexandra Daddario, Jack Huston and Harry Hamlin.

THURSDAY 7TH

Mary Berry's Ultimate Christmas, 9pm, BBC1

Angela Hartnett, Monica Galetti and Rylan join Mary Berry for a Christmas feast, featuring stilton and sage mini scone canapés, lemon and herb roast turkey with all the trimmings, and a Christmas pudding from a traditional medieval recipe. Angela cooks up rich pumpkin ricotta tortelli, a seasonal tradition for her Italian family, while Rylan prepares some festive cocktails.

Disappeared: Mexico's Missing 43, 9pm, BBC2

Nine years ago, a group of students were attacked on their way to a protest in Mexico City. Forty-three young men were forced off passenger buses, never to be seen again. Federal investigators blamed corrupt municipal police working with the local drug cartel. With the aid of testimony by survivors and families of the abductees, this two-part film takes a closer look at the case.

Big Zuu's Christmas Eats, 7pm, BBC Three

Grime artist and self-taught chef Big Zuu is back in London to celebrate Christmas. He brings together some of his nearest and dearest from the music world to enjoy the festivities, ‘Big Eats’ style. In the first of two special programmes, Zuu is joined by siblings Jme and Julie Adenuga, Zuu's cousin AJ Tracey and fellow foodie and hip-hop artist Loyle Carner.

Keeping It Up: The Story of Viagra, 8pm, BBC2

25 years ago, Viagra kick-started the second sexual revolution and a controversary unlike any drug before it. Following trials in 1992 for a compound believed to alleviate symptoms for angina, Pfizer's first in-patient trial for the drug begin in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. What follows is the big story of the little blue pill…

An Audience with Kylie, 7.45pm, ITV1

Singer and actress Kylie Minogue entertains fans and VIP guests at the Royal Albert Hall, performing some of her greatest hits from across her career, including recent singles ‘Padam Padam’ and ‘Tension’. There are surprises and personal stories too, as she takes questions from the celebrity audience.

I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! The Final, 9pm, ITV1

It’s the final of the survival challenge for the famous faces after three weeks of facing their fears and braving everything that's been thrown at them at camp in Australia. Which of them will Ant and Dec crown as this year's King or Queen of the Jungle?

Vigil, 9pm, BBC1

Series two of this crime drama starts tonight, starring Suranne Jones and Rose Leslie. When a British Air Force weapons test goes disastrously wrong, DCI Amy Silva is called in to investigate, and finds herself caught in the crosshairs of a fraught international incident. The Air Force think they have the guilty party in custody and push for Amy and DI Kirsten Longacre to close the case. But Amy isn't convinced.
